Attempted to order at 3:30 pm. They came to the front and said they are closed for the day. Every other restaurant in the mall stayed open til normal hours.

To whom it may concern. I am not satisfied with the customer service provided with this establishment. I am a regular customer who can enjoy a great sandwich, but LATELY I’ve been getting nothing but attitude from the staff behind the register, addressing me like if I owe any of them anything. If you don’t like your job please go somewhere else. By the way where is the manager who usually makes my sandwiches?...I haven’t seen her lately. You guys need more people like her. That remembers your name aNd know how you like your food done. If you are reading this, please let me know if you’ll be coming around. I Won’t hesitate to take my money else where.

Love it!! First time here and food was delicious!! I was at the front counter and the manager I’m guessing she was awesome asked her what she would recommend me getting, since I’ve never been here and I got a number 7 , may I say it was delicious everyone there that morning was in such a good mood, great costumer service. Y’all will see me back soon.

This review is from a delivery drivers point of view. When a restaurant hires out drivers (uber eats, doordash, etc...) you need to be considerate of the drivers time. The driver only gets paid from the time the food is actually picked up until it is delivered, so when your employees make a driver wait 15 minutes for a sandwich, that is not acceptable. I will never accept another delivery order from your restaurant. The girls there were not friendly at all and slower than Christmas.
