Great food and I will continue to come here for the great food but the people that work there are always so crabby and rude. And I've been to this place many many times so its not a one time thing. Still great food would highly recommend

Yuck Philly was bad very plain bread not enough meat was I tried bacon cheese fries I guess they expect the cheese and bacon to the job here bland fries

If you like rude service and soggy food. This is the Charley's to go to. The worse Charley's I've ever been to... they were rude, out of a lot of items and worse of all. The food was very soggy and the fries weren't as great. Last time im going to this one. Prefer to go to other ones for better service

Not many other mall food court options still remain open, so chosen by default. Quality falls short of value for the overall cost of 14 for a meal. Fries were sub-par, sandwich bread tasted old, and sandwich meat had next to no flavor. Quality has continually decreased since this location changed over from Steak Escape. It had been a while between visits already, but I probably won't be back.
