I was only in town a short while but every time I went here the lines were super long. It's all good, Charleys is worth it though. They made my food right.

Delicious food made to order, friendly staff and incredible lemonade! You can’t go wrong ordering at Charleys. My fav cheese steak is the Bacon 3 Cheese streak. Cooked fresh, on the spot. Comes out VERY hot tho so be carful, i learned the hard way. Great fries, only downside is they don’t serve sauces. Ketchup definitely enhances the flavor in my opinion. Either way very much enjoy ordering here, prices are reasonable and you get a lot for your money. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t already!

The food is good, price is good, service is friendly but it just takes way too longto het tour food here. I het it, each sandwich is fresh made when ordered but it still just takes so long. I can hardly ever eathere because it takes so long to get my food.

My husband got food poisoning from his Philly cheesesteak, the order was not as requested (no attention to detail), the veggies were undercooked, and everything was extremely greasy. We expected much better and are disappointed, as it has been good in the past.

What happened to your Philly Cheesesteak? Wee had been going for a long time and always got this sandwich, but all of the sudden you changed it. No more grilled onions and peppers (always a part of a philly sandwich before). Added pickle and mayo??? Sadly, not the same sandwich.
