Walked by there yesterday and one of the employees were standing there with his mask pulled down. He wiped his nose with his hands and never washed them. I am so glad I have never eaten anything from this place.

The owner here is one of the rudest owners I've ever seen. A true example of how not to treat your customers. No regard at all for customer service and was very flagrant with his language when I asked for a refund. Thank goodness I was calm the whole time. Do not go here. I dont expect him to be in business that long actually.

I would give this place absolutely no stars. My experience here was horrible. Like many of the previous reviews stated, the owner/manager is very unprofessional, rude and down right disrespectful. His customer service is less than acceptable. My family and I ordered two chicken cheesesteaks only to be flagged away and told to wait for our order for 20 mins while two other customers came up and received their order, After explaining to the manager that order was incorrect, we were met with disgust and impolite comments and behavior. We do not eat red meat so in no way was the order of one regular cheesesteak and one chicken correct. He then stated to us " What? you cant read?" He refused to refund our money or correct our order. Meanwhile, we had two hungry small children with us and left with no food or refund. He insisted that we ordered something that we did not then attempted to call mall security on us because of his mistake. I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service and for that reason I would NEVER eat here again.

DO NOT EAT THERE!!! I saw the man drop the bread and still put it in the oven to serve the customers. Also, his spatula fell in the trash and he still used it! HE WAS SUPER RUDE I don’t know what the attitude is for but I definitely got my money back!

The food is good but the owner is very rude. Been there twice, and both times he was rude to me. Not sure the food is worth the attitude. He might sell more sandwiches if he was nicer.
