Food is good when made right. Staff is not very friendly. Im not asking for over the moon service but if its not the manager taking your order, you're getting a bad attitude. I used to go all the time but after multiple occasions of them forgetting my sides, not following my instructions (literally just no tomato), and almost 20 minute wait times while you watch them mess

It's inside the mall. I would have loved to say they were short staffed but that would be untrue. The food is good but the upkeep and cleanliness of the restaurant is a different story. They had more employees crowded up on the front line bumping into each other rather than have someone on the floor wiping down the area.
This place is amazing. Had it for the first time tonight and it did not disappoint. Great portions, delicious sandwich, great fries and the lemonade Yum!
I was at the one in Roseville usually they make the sandwiches pretty good I guess they were busy a little bit behind the sandwiches weren't that need my fries were a little soggy. My sandwich was good
I love there Philly's Subs.
I only eat 2 things from there the chicken sandwich with mushrooms and the chicken tenders kids meal the fries are amazing and so is the honey mustard also strawberry lemonade is also really good
I ordered the 12"Philly steak sandwich combo it was very good and filling with the fries and drink. I ate only half of my sandwich. Also, I asked for extra bell peppers to be added after my order was placed and being cooked, and the lady added more without attitude or a fuss. Great customer service!!
The food is good. The service is good. My only complaint is that the employees handling the food are NOT PROPERLY WEARING THEIR FACE MASK. THATS A PROBLEM. IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A BREAK TAKE A BREATHER BREAK. BUT KEEP YOUR ENTIRE NOSE AND MOUTH COVERED OVER THE FOOD. ITS A PANDEMIC !!!!!!!
