So far 40 min. Wait its Monday at 6 15pm knowone is here the guy cooking keeps answering his cell phone and talking while cooking with his mask pulled down he is touching everything but a sink to wash his hands. There is like 3 of us not together been waiting. 2 other guys doing close to nothing then the guy on his cell phone. I'll never come here again. First and last time. I ran papa John's for almost 10 years so I get it stuff happens but there is nothing happening just slow .

Horrible customer service. The girl kept my change even after I asked for it she just said yep and stared at me. Tried to contact store and company neither cared. Food has been mediocre. Besides the mall in lake Charles has rats and insects I used to work in the food court.

Very bad service. Actually no service. I placed an order and never received it. They had my phone number and never called. I called them three times to get their voicemail. Poor communication. They had my money. Have to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive it back. Don’t do business with them. They don’t deliver. Sad

Everyone seems to be complaining about the employees. Loud, yes, but very friendly and were just calling out to people and greeting others as they walked by. Seems to just be enjoying their job. Price wise, paid 30 for 2 fully loaded large combos that I couldn't even finish. They pack them suckers! So the price I would say is fair. Wait time was at a minimum, even during the lunch rush. Got my food in \u003c5 minutes. In all, Its a good recommendation for anyone looking for a very filling, quick bite.
