This is a fast food place in the Trumbull mall. Very tasty and reasonably priced. I tried the Philly cheesesteak and fries. Got the fries for free since it was a Sunday. Nice surprise. This was my first time eating there and the food was good. I ordered the chicken and fries combo and what I really liked was that they cook the food as you ordered it. I recommend friends and family try this place. I will be eating there again.

They didn't know how to make a sandwich they advertised on a large poster at their register's. After waiting 30 minutes to tell me this they gave me quite an attitude while they processed my refund. They're unorganized and unprofessional.

If you guys want the best phillies aka subs then you should really go here if you don’t care for the price but I give this a five star not because of taste because if it was only for taste then taste would be a 5 star but the reason why I chose a 4 star instead of five is because of the price it’s a lot for a regular foot long sub Andre like around 14 for a foot long and that’s crazy because at subway it’s like 12 or cheaper but that’s only if you get a combo but the sub itself is pretty high and if they want best rating from me the price should go down a couple of bucks for best pricing but overall it’s the best Philly stake you can get from anywhere

They didnt get me what I ordered they rang it up wrong and also made it incorrectly they could have easily fixed that problem but let me leave unhappy with something I didnt order

Literally everything on the menu is good. I dont know how subway stays in business with this place here. They also have the sub club deal buy 7 get 1 free. And they are always handing out other random coupons. This is my go to place at the trumbull mall now.

It was all downhill from the moment I was trying to place my order. It was my first time at Charley’s Philly Steak and my last. The young lady at the register couldn’t answer my questions correctly. I wound up paying more money for my order because she just didn’t know if certain items would cost me more money such as a lemonade versus a regular soda. It was frustrating to say the least. But it didn’t stop there, while I watched them make my sandwich, they ONLY used one thinly sliced piece of meat. To charge 6 for a sandwich and practically no meat was basically a kick to the groin! Thanks, but no thanks! I prefer to spend my money wisely and not just hand it over to a place of business who is trying to take advantage of their customers.
