All most of the employees want to do is play, play, play!!! I work in the mall so I find myself ordering Charley’s often through the week. However, for the past few months, any time I’ve went they’ve forgotten to make my order, not give me what I asked for, etc. I try to be patient and remember it is a minimum wage job in the mall & most of the employees are teenagers, but when I’m on a 30 minute break and my order was supposed to be ready when I got there- only to be known 15 minutes after what my app said pick up time would be.. that they forgot my order, or what not... it gets very frustrating after so many times. Especially when I just sat here waiting and watch the employees have field day & talk awful. Not a good look. Definitely will just be cutting Charleys out all together.

This place is very unorganized. The employees were walking all over each other due to the small work space. When taking my order, she didn't input it and had to ask again. The kids meal come with 3 sad excuses of a chicken tenders. The sandwiches we got were perfect but the fries were disappointing. Maybe after some time they will be more efficient.

Super fast service. The ladies working were very friendly. The food is made to order so it's very hot and fresh. Also, did I mentioned, its very delicious! Highly recommend the Philly Cheesesteak. This is my first time coming here, but it certainly won't be my last!

This place is a joke! Not only were the employees completely lazy and have bad attitudes (looked like they hated life), the food was bad, under-cooked, poor products, and appeared unsanitary! Trash all over the place and when preparing food, workers were seen not using gloves or using any proper material to handle foods.

Ordered through Waitr. The food was great! Got the bacon 3 cheese steak and the cheese and bacon fries. The fries could have cooked maybe a few seconds longer but that bacon 3 cheese steak was amazing! OMG, tasted just like a burger. So glad we decided to order from here!

Love Charley's with all my heart. When they first opened they really didn't give enough meat in the sandwiches and that's not the Charley's I know. Now they are back on track delivering the best food that they know how!! Great food!

Food is good. The service is horrible. The girl at the register was rude she had the worst attitude I ever encounter with customer service. I went to the one in Montgomery last weekend great service and good food. I came to the one in Mobile, Alabama horrible. I will never ever go back. I will just visit the one in Montgomery, Alabama where the experience was great.
