Bacon 3 Cheese Steak was good and the Wings were just ok. The service was alright they took my order but didn't do my order correctly but it was lunch rush. Still could've been better. The lemonade was my absolute favorite part of the meal.

I work across the street from this location. My coworkers and I were so exited when we saw it being built. We couldn't wait to spend our lunch break at Charleys. However, once they opened they were the worst. The wait time is always over 15 minutes even when they aren't busy. the food is always wrong and they get upset when you ask for it to be correct or ask for a refund. the staff there is always disrespectful and constantly arguing with customers. If you have the option. I suggest going somewhere else.

I can't comment on the fare, as I grew tired of the service made slow by the counter staff leaving the counter to congregate with friends that entered the store ahead of me. I grew tired of waiting and left. I understand that there is another store, I'll have to try it before I can give an accurate critique on the fare...stay tuned.

Great cheesesteak! Had no issues with my order and it's conveniently connected to the Tropical Smoothie place so just walked over for a grab-and-go meal. So glad there's more options in the area for lunch :D
