Usually I enjoy going to other charley's. But dislike this one. The cashier Jon was rude. So we're the other employees. They didn't listen to my order. I definitely won't be back. I don't recommend this location.

They only place I will get a cheese steak. Delicious. It is sometimes very busy, but this is in a mall food court. Even when they have been busy,my food has been hot and delicious.

The pictures of the menu look absolutely delicious and tempting. But when you receive your food, it looks nothing like the picture. I got a truly cheddar sandwich and there was barely any cheese on it and the meat was super dry. Both my wife and I felt sick minutes after our meal from eating there. Needless to say, we won't be going back there to eat again.

Didnt care for the fries. Need to 'be golden brown. Not enough cheese steak or tomatoes in a 1/2 roll for 5.00. Otherwise it was good.

It's a little pricey but it's so worth it. Nice staff, especially the cashier that's usually there. MAN is the food amazing!

It's alright. Service is decent but you can get a far better cheesesteak at other places that are more authentic and much larger in size for the price. (As someone that has lived in Philly and had a lot of cheesesteaks) If you're at the mall, sure go for it, not bad, but don't expect it to be more than it is.
