The Rare Music Archive Collection

Went out on a Sunday afternoon and wanted a good sub and in comes Charley's. I got a classic Chicken California and my lord, the flavor was amazing inside and out. Fries were nice and hot and salted just right. Definitely give them a try if you come here if u have never had them before.

I had an horrible experience today at this place. I was disrespected and had my food thrown at me like I was an animal and when I called to tell how I felt and how I felt disrespected the guy thst was on the register laughed at me and told me well next time just ask for your money back and hung up on me. I never got treated like this at a establishment before and I don’t wish they on anyone .

I ordered online, picked up my food brought it home and it wasnt what I ordered... then I took it back and they remade it... but it still wasnt what I have come to expect from Charlie's.

WHEN YOU SEE A CUSTOMER STANDING THERE WAITING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THEM NOT CONTINUE LAUGHING AND JOKING WITH YOUR HIGHSCHOOL FRIENDS EXCHANGING PHONES OVER THE COUNTER (WHICH IS UNSANITARY). When I was a kid a manager was always present to prevent stuff like this and enforce fast friendly customer service. Lost a customer today at the Oxford Valley Location. I ended up going to a different place in the food court.

Food was delicious, staff was incredibly friendly. My wife was standing with a handful of goods from another restaurant in the food court and the Manager at Charley's gave her bags and napkins to carry her stuff. The gesture made me give pause and look at the menu, which I ordered from. Delicious fries, I have to come back to try their steaks. Really nice staff and honestly I haven't had such a positive experience at that food court in so long. Great to see new tenants with a great attitude and great food to match.

Not what I expected. I should have ordered extra steak and cheese on my order. Sandwich was skimpy on the good stuff for the price.
