Nothing but a rude little girls work at this location. And don’t bother trying to call to get a hold of anyone . An hour and no one would answer phone. Now I have a incorrectly made cold 10 dollar sub. Avoid! Update: In response to emailing about experience. I did the same day of this review. It has not been responded to.

Great food, service can be a little slow some times but it's worth the wait & their Strawberry Lemonade is amazing !
Apparently they either cant read or follow a single instructions. I can jobs can be stressful but when you can’t even make a sandwich right that’s just sad. Literally the instructions are in front of you. Just trash.
Is this really fast food??? This place was very clean and quick. The general manager came to check on us and was extremely kind and professional, Along with his staff that made us feel so incredibly important. I was so impressed with everything. Thank you
Charley's sits on the corner near the hallway to the restrooms. Ive eaten at another location but we've never ordered food here just that addicting strawberry lemonade. We order two every time we're in the mall. I was taking pictures and the staff were very bubbly and energetic about it... They were also genuine with their customer service. The next time I come to Lakeland Square I'll probably eat here. The philly and fries are the bomb, just a little spendy.
Steak and Chicken Frozen Fresh made by Kids... Quality in food is at it’s worst nobody knows how to cook real food anymore... out the freezer cook till it’s hot and tossed on a very semi toasted bread 10.00. Better yet TV Dinners in a freshly built foundation. Sorry Salems is better Mike!!!!! Cancel franchise contract Immediately. Unless you want to only sell Pickles, lettuces and tomato’s?
First time ordering from here but I think it will be the last. The food was very SALTY. I asked for no mayo or pickles but they added them anyway. I also asked for a drink with no ice but of course it was full of ice. And don’t get me started with the prices, posted as a meal for 7.98 but when they tell you the total it’s a different price. That is not right and a way to make sure dissatisfied customers don’t come back. I would give it a zero star but it wouldn’t let me. Very dissatisfied.
My daughter went today after picking the kids up and bought 1 lg steak and cheese and fries and a kids meal. Paid apprx.20.00 and it was the worst sandwich ever. The meat tasted spoiled. Hope we don't get sick.
