The food was amazing and at a very great cheap price as well. But what I really liked was the customer service. In particular, Jasmine, she was amazing and very nice and happy. Most places, mainly fast food places, I go to they are a bit rude with attitude but Jasmine was great. I recommend anyone to go there for her alone. Very great server.

I’m originally from Philadelphia and I can tell you honestly that this isn’t what I consider a “Cheesesteak” Frankly speaking, the meat is of extremely low quality. In addition to being from Philadelphia I was also a United States Marine so I can also tell you that this meat appears to be of lower quality than the “Grade D” meat I was served in the Persian Gulf. I ended up throwing both mine and my secretary’s food in the garbage and we ordered elsewhere. If the guy who owns this store is from Philadelphia, he must then definitely be a Cowboys fan! Also, no wiz? Seriously?

Charley's Philly steaks is some of the best Philly steaks I've ever had in my life. I am 57 years old and I've ate a lot of Philly steaks and this is up on the top. My only complaint is they started a new Rewards program with an app it is not real friendly to the consumer. You get one point per dollar spent and you have to have a hundred points to get 5 off. those of you quick with math means you spend 100 to get a 5 discount. I think they could do a lot better than that
