Every time I make a visit to Virginia Beach, I stop at Lynnhaven Mall. Everytime I stop at Lynnhaven Mall, I get Charleys. It's pretty much the same as all the rest, and it's a little overpriced, but it's a guaranteed fresh grilled chicken/steak sandwich and fresh fries, so it's the food court winner in my book.

Ordered delivery from them last night. Average cheesesteaks. Sloppily prepared. Missed extra topping options we paid for. Keep hearing about how we need to support local business and restaurants but this kind of laziness and sloppiness deters me. And not just Charley's either. Sad. I'll make my own cheesesteaks, at least they will be the way I expect them to be.

Please tell the employees to stop adjusting their masks and touching their faces without washing their hands or changing gloves. It would also help if they didn’t complain about being open. Food is decent, but customer service has been lacking lately.

I got the jalapeno cheese steak grinder and I was very happy they took me serious when I said burn my face off. It was delicious. Never had a cheese steak grinder with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles but they've definitely made a new fan. Will return.
