So disappointed. Took a blower/vacuum there to get warranty work done. They would not certify warranty work stating repair was not covered.. They proceeded to charge me 29 to 'inspect' the tool. Took it to a reputable place that certified break is a warranty issue. I'll be getting my tool fixed. This is not the first time I have had issues with Charlies service department. Very disappointed and will definitely NEVER go back. You may be better served going to a different service center. Charlies Hardware service department will steal your money!

When looking for a new chainsaw for a chainsaw mill I told them I wanted to use, the staff at Charlie’s was very knowledgeable and considerate when listening to my questions. Since buying the first 461 I have gotten several other Stihl and Milwaukee tools from them and have been thoroughly satisfied with their service, even to the point of them looking in the back for a part they normally didn’t stock(it is a smaller store) and getting a handful out for a roof repair I was doing. Love this family owned business in Mosinee. One stop shop! Needs a bar with Mosinee Brewery on tap, but after that.... I cant think of anything else it needs. If you wake up today and need an appliance, your lawn mower worked on, licorice, AR 15...well, Charlie's is the place.
