I was in awe with the whole experience. Not only was the cleaner punctual, he set my expectations as to what the outcome would be like... and his results were amazing. He got out dark brown stains that had been on my Mom's carpeted stairs for years! He was fast. He communicated well without a lot of idle chit chat.
