I needed a structural, mechanical, and Termite inspection of a resale property where I was representing the buyer. Tim came out on short notice and did a very thorough and detailed inspection on a cold, ugly, rainy day where there was a chance of snow or freezing rain in the forecast. I felt he was very thorough and his turnaround time on the report was the fastest I ever had in 23 years of selling Real Estate. Very impressed!
