He was always very responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout this process. Overall it's been an outstanding experience and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to create an upgraded living space.

This is our third Archadeck project. Their work is impeccable. Design process is professional. Scheduling is spot on. Communication is excellent. We love the room. Jon and Ruthanna.
We built a 16x16 deck and covered a 14x14 deck to be a screened in porch. A bit ago a leak in one of the soffits started. The water is coming into the porch. Called and was told to email the warrantee department. No response. Sent a second email...no response. Huge investment should warrant better service. Disappointed.
Archadeck rebuilt our deck in only a few weeks, and it looks better and feels sturdier than the original. The online portal helped us follow our project from start to finish and made communication with the team so easy. Everyone was extremely professional and helped us plan a deck that would fit within our budget and structure of our house.
We had a screened in deck built this fall to replace a shotty one. The team was great - worked swiftly and carefully. I was comfortable with them \in\ my home. They helped me navigate an unsupported fireplace and even removed it for me. Any issues that popped up were handled with care. Would definitely use them again!
