Unbelievable. Today ordered family pack non-veg. Everything was good in online order. I reached out after 40 min order and I got what I order but when my family started eating found they gave yesterday or late night left over food. I always have great expectation from Bay leaf today's incident changed me. I'm not going bay leaf here after.

Totally unreliable! I ordered online for an “ASAP” pick up. That order took 40 minutes for them to cook, it’s ok. The problem was that once I arrived they asked me for 5 more minutes that turned into 20 more minutes. They told me it was because they cooked it spicy and my order was mild so they had to cook it again. My guess is that when I arrived is when they started preparing my order and not before. Also, the order came without any silverware or napkins. Not only that, they had the nerve to add a business card of a realtor in there. Chicken was ok even though I ordered it mild it was way too spicy. No rice or bread included .
Cleanliness and COVID protocols are absolutely fantastic! They even go to more expensive measures such as paper menus giving guests water bottles rather than glasses. Food was also very good. We ordered apps, south indian as well as north indian entrees and were thoroughly impressed.
I wish i could give a zero star review here. Ordered a Tandoori Platter which was 25.00 which includes 5 different items and look at how it is down in the photo. Tried to reach them and they just said it is what it is.
This restaurant is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I I need a proper dinner, this restaurant comes straightaway to my mind. splendid and all sorts of food and a rich menu.courteous team, and great atmosphere. Also important, the charge is reasonable. I praise this place with great pleasure.
