While I'm not in the market for a new Bentley I have been looking at used ones, and on a recent trip to Charlotte I decided to swing by Bentley of Charlotte to see what they had in stock. I was met by Tony Alfano who was extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Zero high pressure sales tactics and he answered all my questions and gave me a test drive. Would recommend.

I stopped by looking for a Bentley. Cash in hand ready to buy. But I guess because they did want my business because no one came to check on me or anything. I walked inside and no one still came up to me so I left. Absolutely ridiculous! New Review: Ask Dakota how Bentley had been taking care of him and he said that things were being taken care. Good!
We bought our Bentley Truck there in June of 2020 and had the best customer experience. Hakeem was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We have had a few maintenance issues with the tires due to us having it wrapped and and have been back and forth since then but they have always gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They just replaced 2 tires for us for free which they didn't have too at all. We will shop with them again for sure.

Dakota Covil is a great friend of mine. The damage done to his car is ridiculous and the fact that Bentley refuses to accept responsiblity for those damages are outrageous. Update: talked to Dakota. Looking like things are getting better.
