I called Van at the last minute for a next day cleaning service. As the owner, he was able to book me for the next day and arrived on time. We had not cleaned the carpet in sooooo long as we are looking to upgrade with hardwood floors. However, I wanted to have the carpet clean for the holidays and Best Steamer did not disappoint! Our carpet looked brand new and we have now considered not getting the hardwood floors or doing only partial. We thought our carpet could not be saved and Van proved us wrong. His prices are reasonable and fair and we will be using him again.
