Our party consisted of 16 people, including children and it was great to be seated in one of the rooms off to the side. Our waitress was nice but she needed prompting to refill our beverages. She brought out metal pans with the ingredients and we basically had to get up and find what we ordered. They also have all-you-can eat crab legs for 30/person, which my husband did in addition to the hot pot. My family's portion of the bill was over 100 including tip. The price was high for what it was but, overall, it was a good experience and we'd return.

Had a great time with friends enjoying the boiling pot, a few weeks ago. We got the hot pot and ordered a lot of stuff. Food was pretty tasty overall. Wish we had been told a head of time that a lot of seafood would be frozen. We also did not get sauces requested. Overall, a fun time.
I so enjoyed this place it was self-made food it gives you time to sit with your family talk cook together eat together enjoy yourself the customer service was great I have nothing bad to say I will definitely be back.
Called ahead was told there would be no wait around 7. We got there and had to wait 2 hours. Once we were finally seated our server only came to check on us once and then to bring the check. I will never go back to this place ther service was terrible ther server we had tried to say they was out of beers but then The table next to us stayed getting beers. I wouldn't waste my time or money on this place. We will never be back
Short staffed. Long waiting time and some discrimination. Won't be returning cause of that. Food was excellent. Just wish the customer service was better.

Went here for my Birthday Dinner with my husband, and could not have had a better dinner!! We had the 2 boiling broths, one house, and the szechnuan. They were both delicious! All you can eat fondue, and Crab legs for 45 You cannot beat it! We Loved all of the apps. The wings were great as well. We LOVED it. The service was great as well. It was worth the drive from Hickory North Carolina for sure!
