Had a Truck alternator rebuild here two years ago. Wanted to wait before I reviewed this business to see how the rebuild alternator will perform. 190K miles since and still running strong will definitely come back to have it rebuild yet again when that day comes. Wish more business were the same prompt service, honest ,reasonable prices.

If you want a state if the art facility that can rebuild your OEM alternator and starter's back to better than new condition, then take them to David @ Carolina Electric in Charlotte, and they will save you money and get you the best quality rather than buy remanufactured parts from the chain parts stores that buy from China. I've been using Carolina Auto Electric for 3 years and just recently had my Bosch alternator rebuilt with all brand new parts for 60% less than the chain store would charge for a foreign part!

Double check everything the woman in the front office tells you, and have her write it down. She went back on 2 different things she had said to me previously (price / completion date). She denied and made excuses. Rude and poor customer service in the office.

Great customer service. Very knowledgable. Had my starter turned around in under 24 hours. And it came back looking brand new. All for 1/3 of the price of a new one.
