I usually don’t leave negative post about companies having a business myself I attempt to provide everyone with a good customer service. I ordered a dumpster and it was supposed to be delivered on a specified day when it wasn’t delivered on that day I called the office. I spoke to young lady at the office and when I tried to voice my frustrations she continued to talk over me. She told me that the order came specifically from the owner when I asked to speak to the owner to voice my frustrations she said he wasn’t available and continue to over talk to me then she hung up on me. During the whole conversation I wasn’t rude I wasn’t belligerent.When I called back I talked to a different young lady who said she was sitting right beside the first young lady that I talked with and she overheard the conversation and she was rude as well. I said I need to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. Then she continued to be rude and said if I found another dumpster place that I needed to go with them if I didn’t like their customer service. Like I said before I usually don’t leave reviews especially if I have not spoken with a higher up or the owner but I would not recommend this company to anybody. I have never been treated so rudely by a business ever. I ordered from another place to say the least.

We have been waiting THREE weeks for service! It is disgusting, They said our GPS shows are truck as been there, lies..I would put a picture on here, but it is to gross to look at or smell. PLEASE COME AND CLEAN OUR POTTY!! Problem has been resolved hopefully they will continue on a weekly basis like they are supposed to do.

I rented a dumpster from them. They are always so on time when comes to collect payment But, when I asked them to pick up the container they did not do it. I need the container pick up to be able to Close on a house Iam selling . I called them everyday and they keep saying is on schedule . It has been a week and they still have not pick up the container causing me a delay on closing and money I have to pay to buyer for delay. Horrible company to do business with

They are quick to take a payment, but not so quick on response. Office was rude when I called for updates. If I had known the service was going to be 8 hours later I would have called around for other providers. We were told in the morning someone would be on site, and follow up calls advised they were on the way. They then had a small spill, that we were left to clean up. We didn’t read the reviews, it was an emergency. Several events require both dumpsters and portable toilets that are managed by friends of mine, I will ensure they stay away from Carolina Container. I know this review will not receive a good response from their management (by reading the other mgt responses) but hopefully it helps someone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Be Safe...

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY AND AGGRAVATION!!! I honestly don't which was more egregious, the ridiculously SLOW service or the RUDENESS and contempt for a paying customer exhibited by the staff with EVERY interaction. 40 other one star reviews and complaints is not a coincidence, it's a trend! I could go on with a list of specific examples of how they repeatedly failed to deliver timely service and treat me with common courtesy (much less respect), but that would be wasting more time on these people after they've already wasted so much of my time as it is. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
