Great selection with affordable price points for anything you could need for a home or professional kitchen. I've been two times in one week to pick up items for home and for work. Javier is polite, professional and very helpful. He is more than happy to help with any question and request. The store is clean and organized with aisles of pots, pans, small wares, dishware and equipment. The only thing you won't find here is disposables - cups, plates, containers, etc. If you've been to Chef Store, Restaurant Depot, Fadel's and the like then believe me when I say this is the best service you'll get in a cooking supply store in the Charlotte area.

If you call ahead like I did, make sure you are extremely explicit on your smallware needs before arriving. Turns out they did not have what I needed, and it was a wasted trip.
