Brian, the owner, has done terrific work for a number of my families who live in their home and need chair lifts installed. This company does good work at good prices and they truly take care of their clients. I have seen it first hand on numerous occasions. I have also used them for my own family. If you need a chair lift or elevator, this is the place to go.

Contacting Brian was the best thing I’ve ever done. My mom has reached the point in her age and health that she can no longer live alone and she uses a walker full time. So we decided she should move in with me. But my two story house had no bathing/shower on the first floor, just a 1/2 bath with no place to expand. I did a google search on stairlift and Carolina Lift and Elevator came up. Brian came to my house and not only did we discuss the stairlift, we walked the entrance and house discussing what my mom might be doing on a daily basis and he provided advice on steps entering the house, narrow doors that might present a problem, grab bars and floor hazards in addition to the stairlift. It was a thorough walkthrough and discussion of assistance products I had never heard of. Without Brian, I would have been floundering around trying to do research on my own. Anyway, the stairlift, grabbars and other changes are completed or almost done and my mom will be moving in shortly. She is so excited and has the most fun operating the stairlift. She hadn’t been on my second floor in several years and the joy she got in having the freedom to go up there was worth everything. I truly recommend this company as the place to go if you are facing anything involving in-home assistance living.
