Always a fun place to stop and quickly shop if you’re in the Charlotte area. The main areas are always super clean, but it can definitely get a little crowded. Be prepared to avoid customers/people not following local ordinances and guidelines for safety during the pandemic but outside of that it’s always been - pleasant shopping experience.

Great stores. Workers in each store are been safe and clean environment. But how dare you all in the restaurant area dont have SOMEONE CLEANING THESE TABLE OFF. NASTY this part of the oulet is Very Nasty. This area didnt feel or look clean. I had to spray and wipe my own table. Nathan's favorite place. Thanks for the paper towels. Great service.

Excellent shopping choices for a variety of different people. Much better than an indoor mall. I love to go on a beautiful day and enjoy the weather at the same time. Not usually busy. All stores that I went to were following covid protocols as well as it was posted on their doors.

Very nice place to go walking around. I didn’t notice the price difference in the stores as opposed to the mall. So if your going to save money, it’s a no go.

The shopping center is great! Tonnes of stores that vary in product offering, so it's not just clothes. The setup of the stores is awesome. You park on the outside and walk in the interior of the plaza where all the stores are. It's partially covered but technically outdoors. There's also an indoor food court.
