I thought I was dealing with another company. I forgot who we dealt with so I called this company. They acted like they dealt with our properties before. They arrived on time looking like last weeks dirty laundry, and tried to bill, or service items that our system doesn't even have. Maybe it was my mistake on calling, but it would have been nice if they didn't intentionally confuse me just to get the business.
We contacted them for a repair and they came out to fix the sprinkler head the very next day. The owner is the one who came out and he pointed out some flaws in the original installation, which we will eventually need to get fixed before next spring, but he was able to make a few changes to the positioning of our pipes to buy us more time which i really appreciated.
Quick response time, and great installation services. I'm a new homeowner in the Charlotte area and needed a new irrigation system installed. The professionals at Charlotte Irrigation Systems offered 5-star services from start to finish. Glad to add them to my home services list for future repair & winterization needs.
We called this company by accident thinking it was Charlotte Irrigation, a company we have used for years and have been very happy with. Thinking you should change your name, to prevent others from having the same issue.
