Due to our very busy work schedules, we are unable to continue taking care of our lawn so we decided to reach out to 3 companies for a quote and consultation. The rep came to my house 1hr before the scheduled time so I was not there so he called me. He started screaming at me stating my leaves should have been up - yup- we need help. That's why I am calling you. I wasn't even offended until he started to callously throwing numbers at me over the phone like maybe it would deter me. Nothing made sense. He clearly didn't want my business or shall I say \handle\ my business - you could hear the conviction in his voice. He never even sent me a quote. I assumed a few reasons why he acted that way but I left that alone. I later found out that it was the owner which disgusted me even more. All I could think is boy, did I dodge a bullet - this is who I would have given my money to. I don't understand how they stay in business the way he treated me. I ended up doing business with another great company (MetroGreenScape). MetroGreenscape was professional, organized, courteous, and got the job completed in a just a few short hours. my lawn looks fantastic! They now have a customer for life and will use them for my other properties too! Hey Dicksignia - come check out my lawn when you have a second.

Excellent Design Services! We worked with Scott DeBoer at Designia to do a complete landscape design for the home that we purchased in Charlotte. He took several pages of information about us (maintenance level desired, plant preferences, favorite colors, favorite/least favorite features of our house), spent some time with us at the house and then came back a week or so later with a finished design. We wound up using a different company for the install, but we are about 5 months into our time with the finished plan and there is always something blooming. It's just beautiful! It needs a few years to mature, of course, but we are so pleased with the design.

I was hired as a subcontractor by Henry to try and clean up hydraulic fluid his employee got all over a customers driveway.. He refuses to pay me for the work I did for him. He was very attentive and Involved before, during and right after the work, but then stopped responding to me about payment. Fast forward, I get angry with him for blowing me off and he’s now demanding an apology from me because he didn’t like my attitude. To all potential customers be certain that Henry pays his subcontractors so you don’t get a lien placed on your property.. Attention all subcontractors: You have been warned..

Henry was the ultimate professional setting up the work and his team is the best crew I have dealt with and I am in the real estate industry and have dealt with several landscape companies. Professional, honest, work done on time and they do the little things, such as cleaning up every day as they progress through their work. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
