Amazing service. They help me pick out a frame and matting for my great grandmother's wedding reception taken in 1933. Frame and matting complemented the photo perfectly. When I told them I would not be able to pick it up for a while, they even delivered it - would not take a tip either!

I owe an incredibly huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to the folks at Dilworth Custom Framing. Due to a careless mistake on my part, I broke a beautiful picture that's been in my family for decades. The frame was very specialized and my husband and I had no idea how to get the picture out without damaging it. These folks took time out of their day to help me. Although it wasn't easy, they helped me recover my photo from the frame. It's damaged from the accident but now I have a fighting chance at restoring it thanks to them! It's clear how much they value the beauty of art and the happiness of their customers.
This place not only takes forever (more than double the time they quote you) and they act like they're doing you a favor... even after you've paid in full in advance!! So do yourself a favor and go to the Frame Warehouse, less expensive and their turnaround time is typically a week or LESS... and by the way, Chris is no longer there.. the 1 good thing they had going for them.
