Super fun place to look for genuine antique lighting. When you walk in, the entire ceiling sparkles. The sales staff is very nice and doesn't mind if you take your time. If you see something in this show room you're not going to see it anywhere else. We were looking at lighting stores for a week before we showed up at Dilworth Antique Lighting. It's exactly where you need to go if the modern decorative stuff just rubs you the wrong way (and for my part, I don't much care for most of it). Check them out!

Great customer service, friendly staff and amazing selection of chandeliers. Their prices are the best, we will be purchasing a lot of our home decor from here

Poorly run customer service. Rude and difficult to deal with on service and quality issues. Over promise and under deliver. Purchased two antique sconces with globes. Stopped to pick them up (live 3-1/2 to 4 hours away. Weren't ready. Wanted to pick-up globes but business wanted to ship with sconces. Paid for sconces, globes, wiring, to have them slightly shortened, have them cleaned and polished. Called back later and asked them to clean but not polish. When received sconces and globes, one globe was broken. Sconces, that I had paid to have cleaned, still had old paint on them. Globes and sconces had been placed in a box barely large enough to hold them and wrapped with newspaper for Priority Mail shipment. Didn't bother to mark \FRAGILE\. They did ship me replacement globes of a lesser quality but were not willing to take back sconces and give me a refund even though their carelessness and neglect had reduced the value of the total package. Said that company policy was in-store credit only. No matter what.

We had an antique chandelier that was broken. We did not know how we would get it down to get it fixed. We called Dilworth Antique Lighting on the off-chance they could help. A young man came out later in the day and made the repair. He had to run back and forth to the shop to get a part. Cost was very reasonable. The reattachment looked good. It was a totally positive experience.
