Simple, quick and easy process from beginning to end. I am never excited to purchase new tires and get them installed on my car but Discount Tire made this dreadful event painless and quick, even on a Saturday. I went online earlier in the week and entered all my car specifics and shopped around for the best tires for my car. I found some great tires on promotion and ordered them and scheduled an appointment for them to be installed on Saturday morning. Ordering them online just made sure the tires would be in the store when I arrived, I did not have to pay at the time I ordered. Saturday morning I arrived at the store, I was quickly greeted and checked in for my appointment. The pulled my car into the bay and within 45 minutes my car was done and ready for me to carry on with my weekend. The lobby/waiting area was nice and clean. There is a mini fridge with free bottles of water. I like the area where you can actually watch the mechanics work on your vehicle. I highly suggest scheduling an appointment especially on the weekends. The process goes so much quicker and smoother, but they also accept walkins.

Great prices, great selection! I waited until the tires I wanted were on sale and saved hundreds! Free tire rotation when you purchase them there too. Justin is knowledgeable and personable. This is my go to source for all things related to tires!

The Northlake Discount Tire team is top notch. Very helpful and knowledgeable about tires and the proper care (rotating & balancing). They were able to get me the best price around on 4 new tires for my truck. Nick specifically was super helpful and took great care of my wheels and tires. Will definitely buy more tires here in the future - and you can't beat free rotations & balances for life.
Excellent customer service. I had to tow a Dodge Ram that the wheels had been stolen off of. When I arrived with the truck, the manager quickly rounded up his guys and equipment, to assist me with unloading it off my flatbed, and to get it ready for new wheels and tires. Every effort helped to make this good for all involved.
