I brought in a suit to have very minor alterations made. I brought it in on a Monday and they assured me they would have it back to me the following Wednesday (9 days later). I came in that Thursday (10 days) to pick it up, it was not ready and they told me to come back the next day. Prior to driving there the next day I called them in the morning to make sure it was ready and to my disbelief they told me it wound not be ready until that evening. I then came back that Saturday (12 days!) to pick the suit up and they would not discount the price whatsoever even though they were 3 days past the date they assured it would be ready by, they charged me over 60 for a hem and a slight change to a suit jacket even after taking 12 days. I will never use this business again for ANYTHING and will openly refer people to other cleaners after the way I was treated.

I needed my jacket fixed since the zipper line broke away from the jacket. They did a good job. Just wished they would have called me when it was ready.
Dropped off suit pants on Monday to be hemmed for a wedding on Saturday. Was told I could pick up anytime on Friday. I went in Saturday morning at 10:30 am. The guy at the front pulls them out of a laundry basket, still with safety pins from where my wife measured them, not cut, not sewn, not started in the least bit. Now I cannot wear the suit I bought specifically for this wedding at 3 o’clock. Was told I could come back tomorrow. I took them with me, and I will never go back, nor should anyone else who values their time or money. How is this place still open? People complain about small businesses being driven out in Charlotte, but with “service” like this, why should we care?
I don’t have the same negative experience as most people on here...granted I’ve only dry cleaned one or two pieces here. I go to Eden for alterations on my clothes and they do a good job. Price is fairly reasonable. The two garmets that I did get dry cleaned were not as clean as dry cleaners in the past. This is one reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars. The other reason is that MULTIPLE times I have come to this location (not easy to access) and they we’re closed during store hours. If you say you’re going to be open from 7am-6pm then you should be. I got there at 7:45 and no one was inside, doors were locked.
Never open at 7:30am like they say, which is the most convenient time for me to pick up my clothes and is why I chose this cleaners. Theyve also had trouble understanding simple alterations requests, etc. Do not recommend unless things change.
