I love this store. I came looking for new boots and to ask about hat cleaning and reshaping for a stetson hat I bought about 3 yrs ago. I'm pretty shock that they charge a good bit for this service. I think that they should offer this service free especially if you've bought 2 stetson hats over the last 3 years and about 5 pairs of cuadra boots over a 5 year period and just simply are a loyal customer. I would really hope el potrero western wear considers this. I've spend about maybe 600 and stetson hats. I think it's pretty wild you have to pay additionally for that. I do like the staff, everytime I come they are very well trained. They are knowledgeable in hats and boot leathers.
