I purchased a used router through Dale Granger. His team accommodated every request I made and picked me up from the airport to inspect the machine and were very responsive to coordinate rigging and delivery. No problems, would do it again. As-described.

Absolutely the worst auction company I have ever done business with in over 30 years of buying at actions! Descriptions not close to items when picked up, parts missing and poor communication.Avoid this company unless you want a bunch of headaches. Bidders and buyers be careful !!

What a horrible experience. Bought a used saw only to get sent the wrong saw and it was broken. So we decided to buy a new saw been a week still no sign of our saw. This company will just lie and not care about customers. Can be sure my company will never do business with these people again.
very poorly run! they add processing fees of 25 per invoice and give you multiple invoices. 15% buyers premium. Many mistakes on the invoicing process. No one I spoke with have been happy with them.
Bought equipment that was supposed to be cleaned for export. When it arrived we got billed 12,000 to get cleaned and fumigated. Contacted Exfactory, Mark Green promised to recover the money from seller. We got no where and Exfactory will not even return emails now. Very unhappy customer!!!
