I requested quote for our backyard patio need through website. I got a call with in 10 min to schedule appointment where one of the associate was going to come and talk to us about our need. Associate called 1 day before appointment in evening and asked about our need and provided the quote directly on phone without looking at our property and our need in detail. Disappointed with the overall service and the way they handled customer. I understand our budget may be less but they should provide options and what works to customize based on our need. Will not recommend them if you have budget less than 12 to 15k.

We had an excellent experience with Fun Outdoor Living. We dealt directly with Andrey Fleyshman, and could not be happier with the service he provided in coordinating our patio project. Andrey brought excellent design ideas to the table, and helped us maximize the space in our backyard while including all of the options we wanted. Andrey is knowledgeable, professional, and is very trustworthy and straightforward - which is what you should expect from a company that handles large projects such as this (but unfortunately, folks like Andrey and the crew at Fun Outdoor Living have proven to be hard to find). Periodic visits and check-in calls were made to us to ensure we were happy and that things were running smoothly. Text messages and emails were returned promptly (and sometimes immediately, even though I sent them at 9:30 at night!). We recommended Andrey and team to our neighbors, and they are happy as well. Hats off to Andrey and the whole team at Fun Outdoor Living for a job well done!

I highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living for your backyard project. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough inspection, the team leader on each project provided fantastic communication with what was to come and when. Their attention to detail, and professional approach with a very personal touch made the whole experience pleasant and rewarding. I went with pavers, and a fireplace, as well as a Hot Springs Spa and could not be happier. Landscaping fixes and follow up customer service were an added bonus to justify this solid 5 star rating.
