We ordered two buses from 2pm to run till 830pm. Gogo Charters asked us to make a detailed itinerary for the bus drivers so there’d be no confusion for the back and forth of pick up and drop off. The day of my wedding the first bus load arrives. Then the bus sits there. The second bus arrives. And sits at my venue. All while guests are waiting at the hotel to be shuttled to me via the charter bus that has not left the venue. Because Gogo Charters received our itinerary but NEVER gave it to the two bus drivers. They weren’t staff they we hired out from another company, the drivers demanded more money for the “extra work” ALL WHILE my guests sat deserted and unable to get to the wedding. If zero stars was an option they’d get it. For 3 thousand dollars to rent you think the company would care about their clients.
