Always passionate about seeing the world and understanding different cultures, in 1994, Ollie first traveled to the United States. Like many Irish settlers before him, Ollie first came to Charlotte via the Great Wagon Road. In September 2013, after a handshake and a few pints with a mate, Ollie decided to leave his corporate job and follow his passion by establishing the Great Wagon Road Distilling Company in Charlotte, NC.
