I had two wisdom teeth pulled here about 4 years ago. I received excellent care and I healed wonderfully. The staff is so warm and attentive. The office is nice and the doctor is kind. I will be scheduling to have my top row wisdom teeth pulled soon Lord wiling.

As a general dentist in the Charlotte area with over 30 years of experience, I must say that Dr Marashi is absolutely the best surgeon I have ever worked with. I am also a patient of his as well. I will only see Dr Marashi for my personal oral surgery needs. He is the best!

Really wonderful place. I had a molar that cracked at the gumline and a wisdom tooth that was behind it that needed to be removed. Their office was great about following Covid guidelines, the staff was all friendly, and they even had ways for me to communicate being hearing impaired. They have a ramp for the less ambulatory, I didn't see braille offered but I'm sure it was available if needed. Doctor Marashi was helpful and articulate and there were plenty of materials offered to explain procedures and pain medication options. The procedure was quick and two days later I'm healing well with no issues. I have them bookmarked for any further tooth issues. Also, they send you out with plenty of sterilized gauze, an ice pack that feels like a towel on 1 side so no need to wrap it, a drawstring bag, and all the pamphlets you could ever need. Oh, and they offer financial assistance and payment options, too. As well as accepting patients without insurance, as was the case with a family member.

Honestly I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. Everyone is so nice. So incredibly nice. Every time I called they answered all of my questions and were super respectful about my concerns. I needed to get my wisdom teeth out and I am needle phobic, plus I have never had an IV before. Let me tell you, I was freaking out. Panicking. They offer an ethyl chloride topical spray that kind of numbs the skin, as well as laughing gas. I opted for both, but they gave the laughing gas to me for 0.005 seconds and called it a day - so it didn't help. However, the anesthesiologist was great and I didn't feel a thing. I'm just a big baby. If you're afraid of needles like I am, my only real advice is to cry it out (like I did!) because from the moment you sit in the chair to the moment you pass out lasts maybe fifteen seconds. They're quick. Recovery was exactly as you'd expect and my extraction sites really stopped hurting by day four. Wonderful all around. If I have to get something done with my teeth again, I'm definitely going here. I seriously cannot get over how nice everyone was, even when I was sobbing and inconsolable. The nurses and technicians are the bread and butter. If you're scared, talk to them. The doctor did a wonderful job with the surgery and my teeth feel great but I got the support I needed from the rest of the staff.
