Tiger Structures is an awesome company! From beginning to end, they were VERY friendly and professional. I was indecisive on exactly what I wanted and Jolene was very patient and helpful. Any time I had a question she responded promptly. When our gorgeous (yes, GORGEOUS) shed arrived, Tim (and his assistant) placed it swiftly without any problems. You can tell he's been doing this for years, he's a real PRO! While they do their best to give accurate build times, it clearly states, \build time is an estimated completion date only\. Ours took slightly longer but Jolene informed us of exactly where they were in the process, so it wasn't a worry. We never had a problem getting in touch with her! Jolene is such a sweetheart and Tim is an amiable guy! My family and I love our new shed, THANKS AGAIN!!!! *No apology needed, you guys are fantastic!
Great staff and good construction
I would have liked to do business with this company based off of friend recommendations. Called several times with no return phone call. Forget about speaking to someone at the office as there is one girl there that doesn’t know anything because she’s new. Further, be prepared to add 500 to the advertised price because they haven’t updated their price list on their website. Went in to pay cash for a 12x20 barn and walked out the door when the lady scrolled down the (incorrect price list online) to the one tiny line disclaimer at the bottom of the page that said “prices subject to change in office”. WHICH, btw the prices on the print out she handed us was dated revised on 3/1/2020. This tells me that the pandemic hit and they decided to capitalize. I won’t be doing business with them now or in the future.
