A sales rep came to my house at nearly 8 pm and harassed me to get me to sign up for their service. I get that going door to door is hard, but if someone is not interested, walk away. He asked me to identify bugs I’ve seen and asked about the size of my home. And apparently nobody has told Hawx there is a pandemic going on because there was not a mask in sight while he shoved an iPad in my face. I was nearly to the point of telling him I’d call the police before he finally said “okay, fine” and walked away. Great company...

DO NOT RECOMMEND HORRIBLE COMPANY They could improve by telling the truth and not deceiving you into thinking you will get a professional service. They did not provide the service that I signed up for. Horrible company trust me...stay away These are pictures after 3 treatments...LIES... They charge my card 200 cancellation fee without my consent. Watch out for this company...

James was very professional and extremely polite. Customary to the weather warning up, we've seen more bugs and he gladly sprayed everywhere I requested (so he followed me throughout my home). He respectfully avoided the areas where my child plays in the home. I'm very happy with their level of attention.

Sales guy was amazing, I switched from Aruza to Hawx, however after the first service all small bushes/plants got burned. Looks like they are using really bad chemicals. I called Hawx and they sent service manager to evaluate. He came in took some pictures and at the end told me that some plants are being eaten by bugs and others are drying from underwriting. What a convenient coinsurance! Very irritated by this company and customer service. i was a customer with Aruza for two years, with no issues at all. I dont think Hawx chemicals are safe, especially if you have small children around. Now they are asking me to pay 190 cancellation fee. They only give you 3 days to cancel contracts after their first service, but damage on plants started to show on 5th day. Jackson (custom service rep) offered me that they will start using products with less chemicals on my yard and that they can lover the price. Just sounds like they know chemicals they are using are not safe and are not good for plants. It is not even about the money, i will pay cancellation fee, as long as i dont have to deal with them. I am willing to pay more, as long as company provides good service. I do not recommend to use this services at all!

This was our first time using this company and they were great. Justin did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. My house had alot of spider webs and I am so pleased to say we are web free. Thank you Justin you really did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have been contracted with Hawx for almost a year now and they are terrific. Today, Justin was polite, professional and helpful. I have found all the service technicians so far to be excellent! Thank you Hawx! Since I was unable to add a new review, I am adding to this one from a few months ago. A technician, Chandler, came today for quarterly pesticide service and was kind, polite, and professional as all of our previous techs were. We have seen quite a decrease in ants and spiders from a year ago when we moved in and contracted with Hawx.

Justin did an awesome job! Called him about a possible rodent problem a relative said he may have saw and he was there prompt to lay down some traps. Sent me a description of everything he did before noon. Great job!
