Me and my wife ate here in the late afternoon. Not too busy. The service was good and the flavors were excellent. We had the pork belly ssamang for an appetizer. It was good but the pork belly was under seasoned, the dipping sauce was excellent and made up for the lack of seasoning. I had the green curry and my wife had the red curry, both where excellent with a great depth of flavors. The only complaint is there were way too many green beans in both entrees. We also had the fried chicken wings, they where nice and crispy, the dipping sauce was good, I thought it was a little heavy on the fish sauce. All and all a good experience.

I ordered take out from here the other day. My experience with the staff was pleasant and positive, and the food tasted good. Will eat here again.
The food is sooo delicious. Omg.. The bathroom looks soooo clean. Everything looks luxury. I would like for the owner to open Hibiscus restaurant in MANHATTAN NY. I would bring all friends. The food is sooo amazing.. Thank you for this amazing experience food in Charlotte NC.
A couple weeks ago, my family and I had a pre-Christmas dinner at Hibiscus. We were extremely disappointed, specifically with their customer service. There were eight of us and we were seated at two separate tables. Their reasoning was that they had to social distance. I made them aware that we were all family members. When the check came, a 20% gratuity was added given the “party size.” When we brought it up to a staff member, she was disinterested. We did not want to make a scene thus paid it anyway. We felt extremely unwelcomed there. The food was subpar, especially for the price that you’ll have to pay. Definitely, take your business elsewhere. Plenty of great Thai/Asian food in Charlotte!
Came her for the top 25 new restaurant rating. It wasn’t very crowded for a Saturday night hmmm maybe not the hip spot it once was?. Service was great so extra stars for the waitresses. The food wasn’t seasoned enough for me. Had the veggie rice wrap and felt like they needed more herbs. The spring rolls were also very bland to the point that we only ate one. The dinner ginger plate with tofu wasn’t seasoned very well and the sauce was way to watered down. Tofu had no flavor. My husband pad Thai was very good though. food was fresh just needs more pep.
