Purchased some furniture here when time for delivery and shipping from out of town was told lies and furniture was damaged so was told have to exchange and could take an hour from my location to where it was brought from out of town...couldn't get in touch with the displayed number on website that belong to Tavar until NOW ...Been WAITING since 12pm-5 going on 6pm haven't heard nothing still furniture HAS NOT been put up and waiting for the exchange item still to be delivered. Some companies are all about money and not care for customers and this might be that company. If you can find your desired furniture online from other places that will probably be your best bet to do. Because this is ridiculous trying to support black business but get treated like this is sad. Will be letting friends and family know never again.

The customer service is hands down superior to any other home furnishings I've done business with. The staff is friendly and very helpful with helping you determine what you desires are. The quality and selection of furnishings are exactly what I needed here in Charlotte. I love this store because of the unique pieces. The price is great for the quality. Also, some of the items can be custom made to go with your existing decor. This location will always have my business. You must see for yourself.

First off let me start by saying, I'm BIG on customer service. If I walk into a business and not be greeted or asked if I need any assistance while there, I will not spend my hard earned money there. At House to Home, we were greeted IMMEDIATELY upon walking into the store. The store owner, Tavares, is amazing! He helped us find everything we needed/wanted. My husband and I fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in. You'll never find the type of furniture or quality like this anywhere else in Charlotte, at least we haven't. Not only does he have beautiful, quality furniture in the store, he has multiple catalogs with furniture that you can choose from as well. Hands down, this place is the best furniture store in Charlotte and we will be long time customers. I'm so happy we found this place and you will be too! I promise you won't be disappointed!
