The picture of the vest shows the small little straps at the top of the vest to hang things off of which I needed to hang my gloves and mask and ID badge. The 2 vests I recieved did not have these straps so I was pretty disappointed (I need those straps!!). The small/medium is also too big. I wish they just had a \true\ small. However, the ordering process is super easy and I've ordered several times and it's always delivered fast. This was the first time the vest didn't come as pictured. After customer service heard I received the wrong vest, they very promptly sent out 2 more. Extra Great customer service!!! Thanks

I’ve got a jacket and I love it because it’s warm and fits perfectly. But it’s not water proof!! So when I ask for replacement they send me to deal with amazon!!
