Landon Pool Plastering was the sub-contractor our pool company used for our Pebble Tec surface. One of their crew members walked on our tanning ledge before the product was cured and left perfectly visible footprints. Rodrigo, supposedly a manage at Landon, came to inspect our pool and I even showed picture and video evidence of their negligence. He claimed this was perfectly normal and acceptable within their range of \tolerance\. I understand there will be bumps and imperfections in a pool surface, but this was an error in application from their company. They refused to fix their mistake. They do NOT stand by their work. Pebble Tec should strip them of their license. AVOID this company or you will regret it. 02.17.2020 UPDATE I'm glad to report Landon ultimately fixed the footprints on our tanning ledge. It took a lot of back and forth but thankfully we had video footage of their installation which was proof of their mistake. The corporate office of Pebble Tec worked with Landon to ensure they removed and reapplied the surface of our pool's tanning ledge. In the end, we have a finished product we can live with. Unfortunately mistakes happen... and ours was fixed. But it did take a lot of time and effort on our end.
Pool company recommended this company. They came out quoted me for an acid washed, and then wanted to sell me their 50-125,000 pebble tech product. I opted for the acid wash. Called , texted several times, just disappeared never showed up again, no replies to calls or text. I was extremely courteous through the whole process
Terrible job on our new pool. Several obvious imperfections, even a footprint on the bottom. Plaster overspray everywhere including the new concrete deck as well as the back side of the house. They left more trash behind than a rock concert. White plaster spots are on every inch of the back yard. After complaining to pool builder for 3 days they sent a couple guys to sand the bottom for a few minutes, wiped the coping down with acid, and left. Maybe spent an hour and a half. I spent that more time picking up plastic sheeting, cans and bottles, and pieces of tape they left through out the yard. I’m hopeful the plaster stays on because I can tell the warranty response will be even slower if there is a problem down the road. ZERO stars not 1
