Excellent!!! Prices were unbeatable and customer service was intelligent and easy... I love Panhandle Slim and cowboy hats so I bought 2 beautiful hats, 4 button up shirts, Levi's and 3 kimonos off their clearance. Stuff that is still selling full price on other sites. I also bought some Montana jewellery and Silver strike jewellery and leather works. I am elated!!!

It’s very nice to have stores where the customer service representative is actually wanting to help you, is very accommodating and concerned, and friendly. In today’s world that is refreshing. This was the first time I ordered from Lebo’s. The clothes are gorgeous and well made. I love them!

I purchased two pair of boots for Christmas presents through the internet with Melissa. I deal with many online companies and I must say, that as far as customer service goes, Melissa is the by far the best in that field that I’d ever encountered. The very minor issues with fit etc., that existed, Melissa immediately rectified. She also went above and beyond what is expected in keeping me in the loop on the shipping progress of the products. I only gave 5 stars because there weren’t 10.

Having placed my online order for store pickup just prior to midnight on December 23rd, I had resigned myself to getting the item after Christmas. I woke to find an email from the Lebo’s E-Commerce Director, informing me of how I could retrieve the all-important gift without having to wait for it to be shipped to my designated store. That seemingly small intervention saved my holiday.

Great customer service at Lebo's! I had a question that had to do with a refund and was answered promptly. The day after the product was delivered I got the refund. The shipment came fast - faster than I expected. So now I am sporting my new boots and will definitely shop at and recommend Lebo's!
