I have nothing but praise for Legacy Countertops and dealing with Hilda and Bob. The two of them are both down to earth and great to deal with. As for the crew that did the demo and subsequent installation, I give very high marks. They were both professional and efficient We would not hesitate to strongly recommend Legacy to anyone. We absolutely love the counter tops. Hilda did an amazing job of matching where the one and only seam occurs.

I had a really fantastic experience at Legacy countertops. Adrianne is the absolute best. She helped me through the entire process, was incredibly responsive, and we even had a small disaster at the very end just before installation which was fixed in time for me to still have my installation on the planned date. I loved working with the same person who went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for!

Legacy Countertops Charlotte helped me during a crisis situation with another local fabricator during the pandemic. Though I had not purchased anything from Legacy, Mrs. Adrian and Mrs. Hilda helped me beyond measure. They both were honest regarding pricing, timing, and the process if I were to switch mid-project. I was thankful for their transparency and the time they were willing to spend, though I had not spent a dollar with their business. Thank you Legacy for answering every call, text, and in person concern when you didn't even have a dog in the fight. Thank you for caring and sharing. If a company is willing to do this for a potential customer, just think what they would do for an actual customer. You get what you pay for, and I would say take a chance on these guys before choosing the cheaper guys!

At the height of covid outbreaks and with new more virulent variants coming to NC, I was taken aback when I walked in and saw that employees weren't wearing masks at all times. Those who were had not been coached on how to wear them properly, and on how *not* to touch the masks, especially right over the mouth where exhaling takes place and where the mask would be most likely to be contaminated if someone were symptomatic or asymptomatic. Customers were allowed to enter without masks, which isn't fair to everyone else. Recently it was recommended that we double mask because of how contagious and deadly the new variants are. It was pretty clear the employees don't understand how the virus works. With the doors closed, covid aerosol droplets can hang in the air for hours. New customers come in and walk right through the lingering suspended aerosols. I'm being harsh because lives are at stake. Someone needs to coach the employees on proper mask wearing, proper mask handling (don't handle it, but if you must adjust it, do so from the edges - not by handling the middle of the mask where you exhale), and on how the virus can be spread in a closed room without adequate ventilation.

We had a wonderful experience with Legacy Countertops. Adrianne was amazing to work with and communicated with us throughout the process. We were looking for just the right stone for our kitchen island and she and Hilda nailed it! We could not be happier with the way it turned out. Highly recommend Legacy and ask for Adrianne to help you.
