I went recently because we are renovating our kitchen. It was a Saturday, pretty busy, and after I went inside (and was greeted by a wonderful and friendly staff member) I realized that their selection was HUGE and that I didn't know exactly what I wanted (read as: I was overwhelmed by all the beautiful lights). The staff let me sit at the back table pouring through the light books, coming over and giving me assistance as needed even though they had a large crowd in the store. I didn't even up purchasing so I cannot vouch for the quality of product or installation, but the customer service was wonderful - and absolutely no pressure to buy.

With a strong desire to support local businesses, my husband and I decided to purchase lighting for our condo rental and our new home (4 bed/3.5 bath) with LBU. They were very helpful in finding modern fixtures within our budget. I miscalculated the size (ceiling to floor) of our living room chandelier and they were able to modify the fixture so that it would hang closer to the ceiling at no extra charge for which I am eternally grateful. I recommend that all customers inquire about the restocking fee before purchase and ask if bulbs are included. Some lighting fixtures are not dimmable so make sure you select ones that are if you desire that feature.
Went in twice- neither times was a purchase. Chuck was so informative and incredibly nice. Was not pushy or trying to sell us , just gave us great information that we were able to use to fix our current fan light. Checked alternatives in case repair failed...so patient and honest. Actually can’t wait to do business with this company because of Chuck’s patience and honesty. Totally recommend this company to everyone!
Lighting & Bulbs Unlimited is the place to go for unusual lighting, replacement bulbs for what you've already got, and great service. Their new showroom is beautiful, their stock of bulbs large. Right on Monroe, so its super easy too!
Unbelievable service, fair pricing, and creative! I brought home beaded chandeliers from my honeymoon in Bali and Dawid wired them to be chandelier light fixtures. He was respectful, timely, and professional. It has been a long time since I have encountered customer service that exceeded my expectations and lighting & bulbs unlimited certainly did. I am so pleased and I will definitely be returning. Great people and a great business!
