One of the servers was very rude to me. I was trying to look at the schedule he slid it back. He told me the light on table was for service, like not to look at the schedule, which the light had been pushed by someone else at my table. He put the water down and left. I didn't drink out the glass before Covid. He didn't leave a straw. So I got one he said let your server get that. Made me not want to drink here. My friend bought ticket for first time. So just tried to enjoy music.

Amazing atmosphere. I've lived in Charlotte since 2015 and been looking for a jazz club like this since then. You definitely get the Orleans/DC Jazz vibe. Service is excellent and hosts and manager are very engaging!

Food and Drinks were awesome. Music was absolutely amazing . They checked temperatures and had tables far enough away from others. I really appreciate the effort to keep us safe during the pandemic.
Excellent customer service from management to staff. Nice social distancing in the seating for COVID-19 safety guidelines in 2020.
