Been trying to contact somebody about availability there . . . no response , no call backs. Could be a really nice place with a thorough CLEANING, some PAINT throughout and SOMEBODY on the premises to answer QUESTIONS.

Cool place and concept but filthy and disgusting bathrooms.

Looks like a squat but gets the job done. Only problem is that sometimes other bands are so loud that you hear them in your room while playing, if you're playing soft. Otherwise a perfectly normal rehearsal place in a heart of NoDa with access by blue line if you don't mind walking for 5-10min from the station.

Great spot for Bands to rent out space and practice without worry about the neighbors calling the cops. Very basic and a bit grungy but I think that makes it eclectic. Overall a rad place to hang out and practice.

Very cool place, basically a collection of private rehearsal studios for local bands and other musicians as well.

Watch your car at night... People live on this building who are struggling. Management is not concerned with security.
